So, if you’ve decided on doing your exercise at home, the next question is: What kind of exercise? Once again, it has to be something you enjoy. I firmly believe you should do several different activities. To give you an example, every Saturday ( my day off ) I take a long bike ride. I look forward to it all week. Cycling is my favorite form of exercise but it’s only one day a week and that’s not enough. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I exercise right in my living room while I’m watching Tv. I drag out the treadmill and do 45 minutes. I also have a set of dumbbells which I use on occasion, usually a couple of times a week. Getting any ideas? Of course you can do things your way. The point is: Get moving!
To gain some clarity about your wants sit down and make a list of what you do want in a relationship. Right down everything from the type of body the person has to the type of feet they have. It is very important to be aware of how you want them to treat you as well. Now you do need to understand that nobody is perfect so some of these things are going to have to be put closer to the bottom of the list. So now you get to put the things you wrote down in order from the most important to the least important thing you desire. It is your list; no one will see it unless you share it so try and be completely honest.
People in bookstores like to browse books, pull out a selected title, and read a few pages. If they like what they read, they will buy the book. Unfortunately, they are limited to the books on the shelves, which might not be what people want. For example, I wanted to look at books on building tree houses. None were available on the shelves. (I was referred to the local hardware store!) I wanted to flip through the 2009 Writer Watchdog. I couldn’t do it. I wanted to read a few pages of Blonde by Joyce Carol Oates. Not available. Maybe I could look at Interpreter of Maladies, the first book by Jhumpa Lahiri. Same problem.
I enjoyed listening to people compare stories about their characters (in W.O.W. you create a character within realms. The realms consist of two different factions, the Horde, and the Alliance. There is always a great debate on which faction is “good” and which is “bad”.) My children and I entertained ourselves by trying to figure out who played what faction. Then we would eavesdrop (sorry!) on the conversations and whoever was right would grin with glee. My son truly should have been putting money on his guesses; he would have come out with enough to buy another game!
Next, open up your list. Let’s say you say you want a man or woman that has zero children. Think about what it is that is stopping you from dating someone with a child. Look at this from different perspectives. What if the person has almost everything that you want in a person yet they have a child. Would that be a deal breaker? If so, why? Remember, you don’t have all the information when you first meet someone to know what their circumstances are. You could be pushing the very person you are searching for away. Be cautious in your deal breakers.
Just like the rest of us, teachers have their quirks, hobbies, and special interests. A gift that appeals to these individual likes is often a pleasant surprise. One teacher who is a fan of the Broadway show Wicked still talks about her Glinda-themed note cards given by a very observant and thoughtful third grader. Another who loves to bake bread was touched by a personalized recipe book picked out by a seven year old. Neither of these teachers ever made their interests explicitly known, but the children had picked up on the all the same. This made the gifts even more special.
Search for the perfect location that is visible from the street and has a lot of foot traffic. Speaking of traffic, make sure that you have the right kind of traffic that matches your concept, prices and market. You should not open a coffee shop serving expensive organic coffee to community college students or teenagers, nor do you want to serve low end coffee blends at a first class neighborhood.
When it arrives, the level of success you achieve will be in line with the expectations you have set and the amount of effort you have put into your business. Building an online business that produces ,000 in annual revenue is not very different from building one that produces 0,000 annually. Much of the difference is simply the scale that results from your expectations and goals. Set a goal to reach 0,000 in revenue and you’ll find that it’s pretty much as easy to hit that goal as a hitting ,000.
